CFI (Throttle body injection) Idle control

I did a HG swap on my '85 CFI this weekend and now as soon as i start it up it revs really high immediately like the throttle is stuck open? I have to shut it off as soon as i start it. My only guess is the idle control is somehow messed up. Maybe something else? How is idle controlled on these cars?

I had the same thing happen to me when I had my long tubes put on. The headers have no place for an o2 sensor. I ended up making it carbed. Run codes on it and see if you get any thing.
