Shopping for Chrome plating in New England, anyone have experience with any of the shops around here? It's time to send some parts out for my '66 F-100.

I use New England Chrome Plating in East Hartford. They are right around the corner from the Powder Coater I use. My rear bumper is there right now getting straightened and plated.
The shop is easy to get to off I84.

How much did they estimate on the bumper? The one on my F-100 is about 3 times the size of the Stang.:) although it is pretty straight.

The front bumper was $585. The rear when done is supposed to be a little less.

That's not Bad. I think it's time for me to send a couple of pieces out. I run by there almost every day for 6-8 months of the year. We'll be ramping up for the season in a few weeks now. What car are you doing, the early or the late?

After all these years, I'm finally putting the '65 through a full nut, bolt, and screw restoration. I picked that over the 64-1/2 because the body is so solid being a CA car.
