Clunking sound from engine bay

Ok, when my A/C is turned on I get a pretty annoying clunking sound under the hood. It may make the sound without A/C on but it is definitely not as loud. When I press my clutch pedal in all the way, it goes away. It makes my shifter vibrate also when the clutch is out. I also have noticed my idle is rough. I cleaned the MAF wires and IAC today but the idle is still weird. Are these related? Any ideas on what could be wrong would be appreciated.

sounds like your clutch actually, you said it disappears when you depress the pedal right

Yeah it does, how would the A/C being on affect that though?
