Code 96 - Secondary fuel pump circuit fail - no pwr pin 19

That is what ford says. This just tests the harness between relay and 60 pin . If lite stays on your good.All of the j pin test are 4 fuel pump circuit. Why i asked if code 87 was present.here is what sc96 says.A continuous memory code 96 without 87,indicates that during vehicle operation one of the following has occurred,open in vbatt circuit between batt+ and the fpr,fpr contacts opened,open in the power to pump circuit from the fuel pump relay to the fpm splice

Got it fixed!! Turned out to a ground/ connection problem. Re-did all the grounds and added an extra one. Dash harness was hacked up in a couple of places by the PO so I re-did all the splices with solder. Took it for a long ride and it seems to have fixed it.
