Does anyone that lives in the northern environment have any collant leaks during the winter months. I am getting ready to put in my new motor and was thinking of replacing all the collant hoses. But if that is not the problem then I will just use the old ones.

Any help.. thanks

I live in N.H. and mine leaks every year....Spring and Fall....Don't drive it in the winter... :D anyway, the radiator is a plastic/Aluminum affair and is prone to leak...mines the passenger side...warm weather comes and its gone...Fall comes and it gets the drips again...I live with it as it seems to never worsen...Its fairly common...

Its a thermal coefficeint thing i would guess... :spot:

Yeah, mine seems to leak too, but i think part of it is that i have a slow leak from around the top right bolt on my water pump too. it's kinda slow, but seems to be getting worse, as i have to put in a glass of water or coolant in like once every two weeks
