Comp Cam Rocker Arm Studs Torque? (4504-16)

I cannot find torque specs for the 5/16" base thread rocker arm studs (kit 4504-16). Anyone know the torque to use for these rocker arms? Going into GT40P heads. Already has ARP studs but ARP was no help finding the replacement so went with the comp kit.
