I'm new to the forum, so I hope I'm posting in the right place. If not, forgive me, I'm an idiot.
Anyway, I've bought my son an 87 2.3L Convertible for a project car. We'll be replacing the top this summer. I know, I should go to a shop, but funds are scarce and this is a project that I want to work with my boy on. I've never replaced a top before, but I'm a quick study.
I have the new top coming. Anyone know of a video or good instruction book on how-to? I figure if we take several days, are really careful, we won't screw it up too much.
Or, has anyone else done this? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
