Could someone run a carfax report on this?

A buddy of mine is looking at an electric blue 2002 GT. When we were looking it over we could tell that the whole car has been repainted. Just wondering if it was in an accident or if it could have been repainted because someone keyed it, or sometihng like that. The Vin is 1FAFP42X12F206294
