D5 heads?anygood??

my buddy GAVE me some D5OE heads....i heared they are early 70s 5.0 heads...ive heard these are teh best flowing STOCK 5.0 heads.....ive been told they have ss valves... im guessing they are stock...im not sure... are these heads worht porting and putting money into? ill post pics if i can of the heads
