Dexron III in my Manual transmission?

Hello

Shall I have dexron III (Automatic transmission fluid) in my "manual" transmission??

And wonder one more thing, is ther any difference on "Dexron" and Dextron" whit the "t" in the middle?
Have seen both spelling on different brand.

I run Dextron III in my t5, I would like to say it shifts soo much better now with fresh fluid.

Yes, That is what you run...ATF. I run the NAPA brand. You can get whatever Name BRAND you choose though.
