Diablosport Predator problem - help

I just got a Predator tuner. I'm having trouble getting it to change my gear ratios. I haven't installed the "performance tune" -- I'm just playing around with the "Factory HP" settings that allow you to keep the stock tune, but change individual parameters.
I changed the Traction control to turn off and the gears to 3.90s. When I installed the tune, the Traction control was disabled, and the gear setting said it changed but the speedo is still off by what is was before.

Any ideas?

That's Diablo for you. I bought one before and they told me all the selections will work for my car. Well dispite what they said, the gearing didn't.

If it's new send it back for warranty replacement. I've got several earlier versions of the Predator tune (prior to r50d) if you want to try them.
