Difference between a 95 Cobra and a 95 GT?

Whats the difference, I know the GT is rated at 215hp ?lb/ft and the Cobra is rated at 240hp ?lb/ft. Isn't it an intake and different rockers, what else is there that is different.

I actually read that they were underrated at 240, but 275 was more like it. I htink it was in Jim Campissano(sp!) Mustang book at the book store.

Same MAF (& TB as well). They do seem to have been underrated a little.
