Do any of you have a Diablo Chip?

I've read that it adds 18 horsepower, is this true? DO any of you have one? If so do you recommend it?

I recommend one of the SCT software tuners... There are several including rpm-mustangs.com, velocitymustangperformance.com, or fordchip.com

Diablo is "outdated" technology now.

you may get 6rwhp and tq.... 18 is TOTALY not gonna happen on a stock/near stock car.

Don't bother messing with the computer will you do some more heavy stuff with your car.

I have one but didn't buy it for 18hp. I have the Stage II Delta Chip to accomadate for a rear end swap, get rid or a check engine light, and get my air/fuel mix back on track. I have off-road x-pipe so the mix was horrible and gas mileage was suffering. I wouldn't buy a chip until you've modded your car pretty heavily though. Don't do it to "add" massive HP, do it to help your cars ECU recognize all your mods.
