Back in the 70's, the hot tocket on mustangs were shackles and air shocks with 50's on the rear. It was cool pulling up behind a stang as they were jacked up with wide tires. My 67 fastback had 50's on the rear, it was bad to the bone. Has anyone seen a new mustang jacked up in the rear with wide tires ? This combonation isn't the best for handling, more for straight line traction. With all the retro items makeing a come back, like hurst, shaker scoops, louvers and hood pins, I just wonder how long it will be before we see a set of air shocks and a set of 50's.

There is a guy named John Force that has what you're looking for! :rlaugh: Not to be a jerk, but just so you know, 50s is a reference to sidewall height in relation to the width of the tire. It has nothing at all to do with how wide a tire actually is.
