ok the other night i was out taking a joy ride giving the car a good bearting. and on the way home i noticed my car would start chugging when u go up in rpm, really noticeable at low rpms from idle to 2k or so. you could really feel it, after that the engine was spinning fast enough to where you couldnt feel it.

it almost felt like a miss but the engine was firing on all 8 and ran great. just had the stutter and chug at low rpms. car didnt really lose any power at all. maybe a tad bit but you couldnt hardly tell.

i pulled wires and ran the engine, all wires were firing good.

took the car to work today and showed some my boss and friends who are car smart. really couldnt hear anything so it was hard to diagnose the problem. boss told me to go home check the plugs and wires and stuff.

drove home and on the way the chugging started to go away. you could still barely feel it sometimes. but for the most part its gone.

went home pulled the plugs, plugs were fine.
wires look good, i also checked the cap and rotor and they looked good.

so i am guessing a squished the lifter and it took some time to oil itself back up or something. let me know what u think....
