I've had my driveshaft rubbing on e-brake cables and bracket ever since my tranny swap. It helped a little when I put the stock bump stop back on instead of the BBK it had. I don't remember where I saw, heard or read that aftermarket rear control arms will lift and solve this problem. Is this true or was I dreaming? If so, which control arms would be best and do they have to be adjustable?

I do have brackets I could screw to the bottom, pulling the cables further apart, it may help in preventing the rub on the cables but on a hard bump or people in the back, it's still gonna hit and make an annoying sound. How about the control arm solution, true or not?

If the cables hit too, i bought some clamps from the local Napa and then used self tapping scres to hold my cables agains the floor board.... no more rubbing... very important to me with the aluminum DS and all...
