I want to be able to drive without any restrictions. In Maryland you have to carry classic insurance for historic tags. I daily drove my Vert on historic tags but I want this car completely legit....if anything I'd get Street Rod tags.

So...here's the urethane based epoxy I'm using. There's also a shot of the adhesion promoter. I sanded and glued parts from both bumpers to check strength. Holding up pretty good so far.

I ordered a fog light harness repair pigtail so I can wire the cobra fogs to my old factory gt switch. I'll be using the switch to activate the relay through the ground side to keep a little draw off the harness. The white thing is part of my home security system...we've got two killer chihuahuas...smh

This project is taking longer than planned but it will come together. If I had a garage this thing would've been done. Im kinda spoiled having owned my own shop for years. I always let my guys work on their projects at the shop...it kinda helped bring us all together. We would have a ball doing all types of cool stuff in down time. Now I work for a place that won't allow you to touch your own car and if you bring it in you have to pay almost full labor for everything and can't touch it at all. I don't trust other folks that much. The shop burned down last year and so did my comfy cozy project space. Lost a lot but it could've been so much worse.

@A5literMan its coming together. Still haven't made brackets for the condensor but the bumper is coming along and the fog lights are working. Lol. The major swap stuff probably won't happen till it warms up to a steady 50 and above. I'm going to French the bumper tomorrow (hopefully) and I've got some trimming to do on the fender extensions. If I had 91- 93 fenders I probably wouldn't have too but....maybe a later date. I should be ordering the on3 kit and precision turbo in about a month or two. Sucks because I already bought 30lb injectors. Atleast I held off on the MAF.
Like the progress. I know the feeling on the injecters. I wish I had bought 42-60's because I still want to go forced induction down the road.

That is going to look cool. Definetly unique compared to the standard frontend. Are you going to put a cobra body kit on also? Or?

I want to eventually. The 93 side skirts and rear bumper would be perfect. The funds just aren't there for that right now. I'll probably try to fab up something for the sides. I don't know if I could make the 04's work.... I'd have to look into that.

So over last weekend I got the guage pods in before the snow. The pillar post was the hardest because I have a mechanical NOS guage with the hose running through the dash by the left front speaker. The other one is mounted on top of the dash for tach, oil, and volts. The pillar pod holds the NOS and my narrow band fuel ratio guage. Yes, I'll upgrade to a wide band and an electric bottle bressure guage soon. I like the nostalgic look of guages in our foxes. I have a three guage pod for the center vent so one day it may make it in there too....boost, temp., and trans or rear temp. Would have posted pics but Tapatalk was down. I'll update later. Still waiting on a chance to get the T5 back together and I've still got to do some fab on the lower support. I'm going with SR performance for my full length subframe connectors...from the k member mounts to the rear lower torque boxes.

Not a whole lot has moved around here with all the snow. Came home to big holes in my front yard...apparently some jack butt lost control and got his 4 wheel drive stuck in my yard. They had to use a tow truck to get him out...how do I know ? Because he tore up my driveway and left another set of ruts... Wtf
