Emergency Flasher

On the way home last night, discovered that my emergency flashers don't work. No clicking sound like they are trying to work, no lights, nothing. The turn signal flashers work. When I lock the car, the taillights flash like they should. The button for the traction control and trunk release around the hazard button work just fine. My first inclination is that it's probably a fuse that's gone bad but just wanted to see if you concur. Thanks!
