Engine fuse box spare switch power

I know the fuse box in the passenger kick panel has spare fuse slots that are "switched" ("key on" position for power). Does the engine fuse box have similar spare fuse slots? I would like to add a circuit using the "add a circuit" fuse by Littelton (sp?) with a mini fuse type.
