Need a few answers please.
I am a ford factory trained technician, after switching the engines replacing the 2003 engine came with the engine harness on it. The ignition module was not on the motor. When going to put the 99 module on i noticed there different plug cut and pig tail from 99 engine harness to 2003 harness . Ford told to flash ecm........every thing is almost the same exemption of the engine module and ears on 2003 upper intake harness plug into body harness ect .......it was my understanding that 99 to 2004 were interchangeable what do i need to do .......mustang is a 1999 cracked heads overheated that engine has been pulled and replaced with 2003 mustang mric engine
