Error Code(P0506) - Idle Control System RPM Lower than Expect

I'm getting this error code and I can't seem to figure out how to make it go away. It's on an automatic, 05 Mustang GT.

anybody have this same problem?

Does SCT Flash have a place around St. Louis, area code 63033, where I can take car in and they can look at the problem, check for leaks and stuff or whatever, instead of trying to pinpoint this problem over the internet?

My Mods are:

Throttle Body Spacer
Steeda CAI w/ a Tune, 90mm
Kooks Long tube headers w/ catted x-pipe.
SLP Loudmouth exhaust.

I've had this problem in the past.... a couple of times.

In my case, the butterfly valves in the TB were covered in an oily gunk.
I cleaned them, then re-set the computer (battery disconnect for 5 minutes) so the car could re-learn the idle setpoint.

I have since bypassed the driver side PCV system, and installed an oil seperator on the passenger side PCV line that goes to the TB.

I now do a quick cleaning of the butterfly valaves each time I clean my K&N air filter.
