Everything swap

Hi, I have a 2003 mustang v6 automatic. I'm sure this question has been asked before, but... I want to swap out the engine and trans. I basically want a cobra engine with the manual trans. What all is involved in this and is it possible? I'm not worried about what all is involved mechanically with the swap since I've swapped engines and trans' in other vehicles before, nor am i worried about having a car out of commission for a while since it isn't my daily driver. I'm just wondering what all is involved with the swap, I'm basically looking for a checklist of what to do to do it right.
