I'm getting a motor from a 96 Explorer on Friday, the place I'm getting it from has 3 different ones that all have about the same amount of miles. I plan on swapping the stock cam from my 5.0HO motor into it and changing the valve springs, the thing I don't know is what to look for between the 3 different motors, is there anything I should look for other than the 3 bars for the GT40 heads and the AA suffix on the lower intake? When doing the swap I know I will need the bung for the oil filter but is there anything else I should expect to have to replace, I do plan on a new oil pump and already have new motor mounts.
