i was up at my speed shop last night lookin around upstairs in the "salvage" are and i found out that they have an abundance of stock upper plenums and MAFs,
my questions:
is there a difference in the plenums from year to year?
would a ported out upper plenum be good for any gains? if not im still going to get one to drill and tap it for a nitrous jet......but i was wondering if the porting alone would help at all
the plastic MAFs on the 01 GT/cobra whatever it was (only found the air intake system, not sure what its from other than it being an 01), are they any bigger or better than the 96? will they work on a 96 ( i assume so since they are both the 4 wire design, not the 6)
are there any other stock parts that i could take off the mod motors to play with for any sort of gains, besides PI heads
