Just bought my first mustang... I have wanted one for a long time... picked up a 96 gt for a good price... under body is in amazing condition for a 21 year old car... giveing her a tune up I noticed some rust that I missed when I first looked it over... the the frame just below the strut towers os rusted on each side...
I can patch it if I have to but searching online there’s a lot of places that sell patch panels for the frames on these cars...
does any one know of a patch panel made specifically for the 96? Odds are I’m probably going to have to pull the motor so I can repair it properly. I’d prefer to fix it once lol...
I want this car to last... the 94-98 is my favorite body style, they are getting harder and hard to find in decent shape.
