first steps in building up a 347ci shortblock?

sup guys/gals, i need the first steps in building up a 347ci i going to purchase from tre mustang perf. parts, what kinda tunning would i need 2 do? What is a good head/intake combo to put on the 347 for future turbo set up? would my stock tranny hold up to the 347? would a cobra intake from the 93's fit? Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanx!

budget? Id go with afr185 heads, custom cam, and a edelbrock rpm intake (or typhoon). Maybe even a victor intake if your spinin it high. It all depends on your wants + money.

You WILL have a tranny rebuild in your future with the new motor.

And i would stay away from a cobra intake
