Flashing theft light and no start

What can I do to get my car to run? Undid battery for half an hour and still won't start...HELP

Need more information... did you just get the car and it's been doing this all along? Are you using the "chipped" key to try and start it? If it did just start happening, what were you doing right before this started? Do you have a spare "chipped" key to try instead of the one you're using?
