Fog Light Lens Replacement?

So with the standard GT grille fog lights, has anyone replaced the lenses?

Long story short, I have a set of good housings/reflectors with bad lenses, and a set with perfect, like-new lenses and fried housings.

It looks like you should be able to just pop two tabs and pull the lenses off, but they don't budge. I assume they're glued on. If anyone has ever had them apart, I'd appreciate any tips you might have.
