I don't think there is any plug and play option for an idler. You would need to fabricate a bracket and put a pulley on there.

I can't find a belt diagram, but if you can look up how an 81 mustang with manual steering is routed you may be able to make that work.

I have never found one for 2.3's. Have made one, and it's not too hard to do if you have any fabrication skills. You can use a stock power steering pulley and then make a bearing support for it, I just used an old lawn mower deck spindle-which had the same shaft size as the pulley. Mounted it to a plate and bolt the plate to the power steering pump bracket. I don't remember what the spindle came out of, there's no telling since I worked for a dealership that sold different brands/types/etc.
