Front Brakes - 1967 Mustang

If your wanting to convert from drum to disc, I prefer the OE type discs or Granada brakes. They allow you to run 15 inch wheels.

I went with Granada brakes on mine, and it works very well. I wanted to run 15 inch Magnum 500s.

Most of the other options like the Cobra brakes require you to run larger wheels.

SSBC makes good stuff, so I'm sure you will be happy with their setup, if you choose to go that route. I don't know what wheel size is required for SSBC brakes though. Thats cool, I just looked and you can run 15s with their kit.

I like wilwoods. great product for the money. SSBC is a kelley hayes caliper for the cheap base model.

Whatever you do go aluminum caliper so you can remove some weight off the front end.

Front discs are more important than rear disc. The rear drum setup really works very well. Upgrading to rear disc is really not necessary. Basically what I'm trying to say is that there is not much to be gained by swapping the rear brakes.
