I have a BBK adjust fuel pressure regulator on the car and I can't seem to get it to turn down anymore then 38lbs. I have the set screw almost all the way out. When I turned it in it made the pressure go up. Is there anything else I can do to get this to work right? I didn't want to buy a new one if I didn't have to.
