I've got a question. I have a friend whose ECM failed. He was told that the fuel pump caused it to fail. Now for some Background, when the car ws brought in the first thing that they did was replace the pump to find that the car still had problems. Eventually (2 and a half weeks later) they found out that there was a bad fuse in the ECM. Can that actually happen? He's been trying to get a hold of someone higher up than the dealer for some help, but has found nothing. Only an 800 number that gives him the run around. The dealer refused to get him in touch with the District manager. Is there another way to get a hold of that person? Thanks for any input.
