Fuel pump wiring question

I am in the process of swapping my 88 5.0 into a 91 4 banger car. I've got the under hood, dash and trans harness' swapped.

I dont have any fuel pressure and dont hear the pump. I hear the relay located by the ecu clicking. But the one under the seat isnt doing anything.

I am not the most electrical savy person. Any help is greatly appriciated!

so i've found the problem or problems lol.... I double checked all the wiring. One of the two plugs in a black box under the dash was not supposed to be used. I had to switch with another plug that is identical. Boom fuel pump on

After that it still wouldnt fire....then realized I had the fuel lines backwards.

She runs great now!!!
