Gauge cluster noise

Has anyone else noticed a slight ticking noise behind their gauge cluster?
When I turn my car off it ticks until the gauges all power down. It is the same when the car is running.
Is this normal or shall I make another trip to the dealer?

They all do it, havent figured out why but it does sound very strange.
