I bought a lincoln versailles rear end to put in my 65. It is 28 spline and disassembled. On saturday I picked up a recently rebuilt center section with trac loc and 3.70 gears. The plan is to blast and paint the calipers, housing and face of the third member before assembly. My question is what do i need to replace when putting it all together? Bearings? or should i be good to go? The rotors are new and there is little if any wear on the pads so those will be fine but is there anything else i need to take care of before putting this in my car? Thanks

I forgot to ask what I need to but in the rearend for fluid after install. I heard something about adding friction modifier to the mix but how much and what do you guys use?

Good idea to replace the axle bearings since it's out. Don't forget the third member gasket. With a trac loc you will need friction modifier; I believe one 4 oz bottle does the trick if your axle oil doesn't contain any.
