Going Low or Going High?

Looking at a few of yalls tunes some of you have ignition set at going low and some have at going high. My car is a 1988 mustang GT with stock ignition set up. So which is it? In the notes it says this is a crucial selection because it can burn your coil.

It depends on the system. The following information assumes a TFI system.

The mspnp2 uses a tfi circuit built onto the break out board. These get set to going high.

A Micro uses the wled output to drive the tfi, these have a pullup installed. This get set to going low.

Bottom line is if you have spark advance working on a tfi your settings are correct for the application.
