hand brake pleather boot ripped- where to get replacement?

Hey guys,

There is a huge tear in my hand brake pleather boot cover. (its an 01 Mustang GT) where can I get a replacement ? preferably a strong durable cloth material or black leather? preferably for the cheap?

Also when I removed the console to get the pleather out, it was stapled and hot glued into place! who thought that was a good idea when they put together center consoles?!
