head gasket going out?

for the last month or two my car has been idiling at around 550rpm and the other day while changing the oil i noticed water on two of the header tubes on the passenger side. does this sound like my head gasket is going out? i know the idle is way low, but it's not surging or anything. i would have fixed this long ago but i haven't been the one driving it, my dad has.

How does the oil and coolant look? If either of them is milky colored, then it's a headgasket.

Have you had to add coolant? If it's leaking externally it won't effect your idle. I think a little more investigation on your part is in order.
