I am wondering if any of you 5.0L tekkies have any idea of the dimensions on the FI 302.

My buddy is trying to restore a 1973 BMW 3.0 CS [Euro]
and wants to replace the stock motor. It uses leaded fuel and it has a stuck lifter that knocks like crazy. He is considering to drop in a 5.0L with T5 transmission and wire clutch system.
He wants to know the height of the engine to make sure it would still fit under his hood. We're guessing its significantly taller than his BMW 3.0L I6. Any other dimensions you guys might knokw could help.
