Whats going on Stang owner's

It has been awhile since I have been on this forum . I wanted to know if anyone is in San Diego Area with a new edge or 2011 5.0 & newer. I would like to connect with any one to pick there brain on a few thing in regards smog, CA legal modifications, engine swap etc. I dont own a mustang currently but I plan to have one next year after all this COVID-19 stuff hopefully has died down.

Im in the same boat in San Diego..smog is up in Aug. i have now bigger injectors, bigger TB and bigger fuel pump, and tuned by DMP.
Some folks say i should still pass as long as its air fuel is set a little lean....im not sure...
