How hard to put a 302 into a 2002 v6 stnd tran mustang. The 302 (310) 60 over will have a c4. Do I need a new K member?

Yes unless you want to fabricate a mount/adapter for it. It should really be able to fit with the stock kmember if you decide to make your own mounts. Even if you want stock type mounts instead of solid ones, you can pour your own polyurethane between the stock mount (lower section that bolts to the k member) and one from a 302 (upper section that bolts to the block).
