I am getting ready to put on dual cat back but have about 110,000 miles and thinking about replaceing the cats on them and was wondering if I would benifit from getting the high flow cats or not
You might lose too much backpressure- especially if you are going with a true dual setup that gets rid of the Y pipe. High flow cats are mostly for forced induction setups- stock cats flow fine for mildly modified 3.8s as long as they aren't getting plugged up.
Thanks that just the info I needed I don't plan on putting a SC or turbo on it. Just going to get some new cats since Ill have the exhaust down anyway thanks for the info
