What is the wire for and where does it need to be inside the cabin?
Yes, what size wire, where, what for, etc?
After you make or find a hole in the car body, use a grommet to prevent the metal from cutting into the insulation, and clear silicone caulking or RTV can help keep water out.

Drill a hole. Use a grommet .

Use existing grommets depending on the wire

Give us some info on what you are trying to do, and you’ll get the best advice. Right now, we have no idea what the wire is for, or what you are trying to accomplish. Trust me, there are people here that want to help...... but you have to help us.... help you!
