How is the K&N FIPK for our cars

I need to get a new air filter for my car and saw this http://www.knfilterchargers.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=57-2511 on the K&N website. Does it help with HP in our cars or is it not worth it and just get a K&N and eventually a CAI? Thanks
