how many miles is too much for a used intake

How many miles would be too many if I decide to purchase the used Cobra Intake Manifold

Intakes don't wear out over time. Assuming there aren't any mechanical problems (i.e. it's physically broken), 10 billion miles wouldn't be too many. If it's pretty dirty (inside or out), get it cleaned up before installing.

Exactly...just clean it up real nice and check for any defects...like cracks...or places that could cause leaks...

It's not a wear and tear mechanical part so I don't think it matters. The worst could be stripped threads or excessive carbon or oil build up which is no big deal to clean.
