How much can i take off my heads?

I need to get my heads machined and I was wandering how much I can take off. When I measured with a strait edge I had .010 clearance in the middle on both. Will affect my lower intake bolt up too?

Have the machine shop clean up mill it. .010" won't effect the manifold.
