so, let me get this...260 hp stock...plus exhaust and pullies and some air intake stuff? 290 maybe at the flywheel....

I'd say 280-290 crank hspwr and a 13.8 1/4 mile time. The 18" wheels may look good, but might slow u down a little...take away a bit of gearing unless they are the same height as a 17" wheel and 245 tire.
