I think I have the basic idea, unbolt the bolts, and drill out the rivets. Is there anything I need to know or do?

Just drill the rivets and unbolt?

theres like 6 bolts on each side of the inside of the fender and bumper u have to take off also and if ur just taking the cover off id recomend taking the headlights out first to keep from breaking any of them and if ur not there are 2 bolts on the radiator support

Yeah, I'm just going to take the cover off, and then if I need to, then I'll take the headlight braket/thing off. The headlights are out, and I'm just getting started.

So those rivets I just drill out, and when I put a new cover on, rivet it on again?

Let me know how you get the bolts out of the inside of the fender. I tried to replace my washer resevoir and had a bolt that didnt' want to come loose... it just spun around. The other side of the bolt where the nut would be is behind the amber marker light, and looked to be enclosed. Couldget see how to get to it, unless it was just a rivet.
