How to replace a interior sun visor

the other day i was trying to remove the sticker on my driver side sunvisor and it burned it. my question is how hard are they to replace? I took the (2) screws out but how do i disconnect the wires?

Pop your pillar off. Just pull on it and it will come off, it is held on by a couple of clips
