You will need to get a hub centric ring if using Ranger/Aerostar axles when doing an SN95 rear disc conversion. Here are the dimensions for the ring if you don't want to spend $25.95 on a set of these Brake Rotors Drilled and Slotted,Hawk Performance Brake Pads,Car Brakes,Brake Drums,Cobra, discbrakesrus, Disc Brakes 2000

Inside Diameter: 2.5 inches
Outside Diameter: 2.75 inches
Width: .5 inches

I read in a post that muffler/exhaust shops carry stock with those dimesions and may cut you a couple 1/2 inch rings. The material will have to be 1/8th inch thick to make your hub fit snug with the rotor. I opted to pay nothing and use up some 1/8 X 1/2 inch flat stock I had laying around. I pulled my h-pipe earlier this week to swap an AOD. The BBK h-pipe has and OD of 2.5 inches. I used it as a jig to bend my ring. I tacked welded it in place on the axle hub as the car will never see another drum. The rotor fits perfect with no play at all. Hope the dimension help when if you decide to grab some exhast scraps and make your own hub centric rings.
